Burgundy Peppercorn Tri-Tip


From Vons / Rancher's Reserve (can also be purchased from the butcher)

  • Pre-heat 425f

  • More pink, cook to 135 (rest to 140)


  • More cooked cook to 140 (rest to 145)
    * Still some pink in the middle
